Accessibility for color blind

Roughly 1 in 12 men have impaired red-green vision.

In Tipp10, an incorrect character is highlighted via color only.

I personally am unable to tell see the character turning red (I assume it is red) in case of a mistake. I only notice I made a mistake when I am unable to continue typing.

Accessible UIs try to avoid conveying meaning through color only. My specific recommendation would be to use an additional signalling of a mistake that is not color-based.

Thank you very much for your suggestion! You are absolutely right, we should offer an alternative to the colors. In addition to the error selection, it would also make sense to offer symbols for the colored keys on the virtual keyboard.

We will look into offering a solution in the future.

All the best from Berlin,

In the settings under "Training" you can now select the option "Show symbols instead of colors". We hope it helps you and we look forward to your feedback.

All the best,
