Download problem
Solved

Have tried MANY times to download Tipp 10; it has failed every single time, usually when it has downloaded about 25 percent. It has stopped as soon as 7 percent, and as late as 67 percent. Then everything it has already downloaded is lost. The DAP program (Download Accelerator Plus) is not even able to download it. I have the same problem on both Firefox and Internet Explorer. HOW DO YOU DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM? How is it possible that it has been downloaded over a million times?

It's the first time I heard about that problem! Sometimes people have problems to download Tipp10 with Windows Vista or 7 and Internet Explorer because of security reasons. But your downloads seems to start, so I can not explain why it stops before finishing. I've tried it just before and had no problems downloading the file (it needed only 3 seconds to download the 4,2 MB windows version).
Please try the following alternative download link to download Tipp10:
http://www.tipp10.com/en/download/tipp10_win_v2-1-0.exe

Please let me know if this link works. If yes, please try the normal way again. Perhaps it was a server problem while the time you tried it before.

Thanks for responding. Just tried it - it did the same thing again. Stopped at 25 percent and got a message that it could not be downloaded. I have Windows XP and am using dialup connection, but have never had this problem with other programs, even bigger ones. Could either of those have anything to do with it?

Please try to download Tipp10 here:
http://tipp10.en.softonic.com/
This site has nothing to do with tipp10.com, so if it doesn't work here I think you have a problem with your computer.

Thanks - it worked. The problem was probably at this end anyway. We had two major floods in May, and according to the phone company, apparently floodwaters getting into their local equipment caused the problem. They fixed it this morning, and everything works better. One of the floods was in connection to the storm that caused the tornado in Joplin, Missouri, not far from here.
